Rollover is not automatic. It depends on the package and how capacity is reserved. Your written quote will explain any rollover window, expiration, or use-it-within-the-month rule before you subscribe.
Can I change the mix of services during the month?
Usually, within reason and within the agreed capacity. For example, a month may lean more heavily toward video or photo work. Major changes in complexity or responsibility may require a scope adjustment.
What happens if I need more than the included capacity?
We tell you when the planned capacity is close to being used. Additional work can be quoted separately, moved into the next cycle, or handled as rush work when scheduling allows.
Am I locked into a long contract?
The commitment and cancellation terms are stated clearly in the quote. We can discuss a trial month or a longer recurring arrangement depending on the workload and the amount of capacity being reserved.
Can you upload and schedule the finished content?
Yes, when publishing support is included. We can prepare titles, descriptions, captions, tags, and scheduled posts, then upload through the agreed account-access process.
Is an NDA required for monthly work?
No. We can review and sign a reasonable NDA when requested, but it is optional. Confidential treatment, private working practices, and no sale or unauthorized sharing of your information apply either way.
